Something Tiny

See ‘microsculptures’ at museum

Be ready to be amazed when you gaze through a microscope at the unbelievably tiny, handmade sculptures by world-renowned sculptor Willard Wigan on display at the Kalamazoo Valley Museum Oct. 12-Jan. 26.

The exhibit, Willard Wigan Microsculptor, will feature 10 of Wigan’s microscopic sculptures, including those so small they fit inside the eye of a needle. In addition there will be interactive stations and multimedia presentations about Wigan’s life, achievements and working process.
