Welcome 2020 at New Year’s Fest

With everything from music, magic and comedy to fireworks and food, New Year’s Fest in downtown Kalamazoo on Dec. 31 pretty much has something for everyone.

This annual event, running from 5:30 p.m. to midnight, bills itself as “an all-ages showcase of performing arts” and offers dozens of performances. It concludes at midnight with a ball drop and fireworks.

Participants must have a New Year’s Fest button in order to attend performances. Buttons go on sale beginning Dec. 15 at various retailers and are $7. They can also be purchased the day of the event for $10. For more information, including locations where you can purchase buttons, visit newyearsfest.com.
