When we hear the term “evaluation” we don’t necessarily see its natural alignment with our on-going efforts to operate in equity and anti-racism. Participants in this first session will have an opportunity to sign up and engage in a six-month learning lab, where we will first learn about how evaluation, outside of the forces of white dominant culture, really is all about equity and anti-racism.
We’ll also learn specific evaluation tools (surveys, focus groups, data analysis, and interpretation) so that we can strengthen our organization’s internal evaluation systems to improve our practices, processes, and outcomes. Participants will walk away with:
-A new mindset of E2 thinking;
-New skills and tools;
-More equitable internal evaluation and improvement processes; and
-A community of E2 partners.
