Cause Driven Organizations

Cause Driven Organizations are clear about what success looks like. They understand the big picture issue they’re working on with others in community (Cause); they understand their unique and specific role within a given Cause (Purpose); they know their values or strategies that guide their work; and finally they know they implement programs that flow from Cause > Purpose > Values. This workshop is designed for nonprofit board members to help get crystal clear on what success looks like and what their role is as board members in fulfilling that work. Anyone who works with or for nonprofits may find this workshop helpful, even beyond board members. This workshop is designed and led by ONEplace staff.
