Going Deeper into Resiliency

November 7 at 10:00 am

Join us for this 2-part series where participants will be invited into a deeper dive with the Community Resiliency Model® (https://www.traumaresourceinstitute.com/crm), a set of six wellness skills that can help to bring balance and calm to the nervous system during periods of stress and trauma. These skills are scientifically proven to re-wire the brain towards greater resiliency when put into practice regularly.

The first session will be held virtually, where the foundation of the practices will be laid, and the second session will be held in person, where we will take an interactive deeper dive into practicing and implementing the skills in a way we can use them in everyday life. This experience will be paired with the racial healing circles methodology, a pairing that will enhance participants’ inner well-being to better engage with outer equity work within their lives.

Dr. Shaun Ginwright teaches us that one vitally important aspect of creating sustainable change within our outer equity work begins with the work we do within. We hope you will join us for this time of healing, inspiration, and connection with yourself and others.
