We are excited to launch our Transformative Leadership Cohort (TLC), an experience curated to model the former Peer Learning Group while focusing on connection and eliminating the hierarchy of that model. Beyond creating a confidential space to process an issue or concern, the TLC will provide an opportunity for us to be in a relationship and recognize we are not alone.
The 1st session of this experience will kick off with a 3-hour meeting that will include a Nonprofit focused Healing Circle facilitated by Ragan and Stacy, who are both TRHT facilitators. This space will be designed to bring to focus antiquated ideas of what our sector looks like and allow us to be open to various possibilities.
Moving forward, meetings will be scheduled monthly for 2 hours each, some virtual and some in-person meetings. As noted in our evaluation, the most frequently mentioned benefits are hearing that others had similar struggles and being able openly to share problems and ideas with others who are in the same role. Participants will also have the option to engage in a Kolbe A Index and/or personalized Coaching support as well. The group will meet from October 2023 to April 2024 on the following dates:

December 20th – 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
January 17th – 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
February 21st – 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
March 20th – 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
April 17th – 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
This is an open enrollment experience that will cap at 30 participants.
