Feeling stressed? Relax with us as you write and move your cares away. This monthly workshop combines a slow, gentle yoga practice with prompt-driven journaling. Prompts that encourage self-exploration and creative thinking will be provided, and we’ll alternate a gentle yoga practice with ample time to write. This workshop is for those with an established journaling practice as well as those who are looking for a place to begin.
What to Bring: Water, a yoga mat or towel, a notebook or journal, and a blanket or pillow (optional)The library will provide extra notebooks, pens, and water.
